GENERAL STATEMENTS OF PRINCIPLES

Any information we gather is strictly for our intended use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason.

We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain, and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

 

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days after payment verification.

All continental US orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless instructed otherwise.

International orders may take up to ten (10) business days depending on the country and method of shipping chosen at checkout.

If you experience delays, contact us immediately, and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We accept returns on eligible domestic orders that are received within 15 days from the day the order was placed.

However, all returns must be unwashed and unworn and include all original packaging. Please note that Connect767 have the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces with lots of TLC!

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer must pay return shipping cost. Once we have received the item(s), we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, and send you an email to let you know.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.

Any orders that are damaged should not be thrown away before taking a photo of the damaged item as proof and emailing the pictures to us at orders@connect767.com.

In the event of lost mail, we will open up a formal inquiry and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send it to you at no cost, subject to availability.

 

STATISTICAL DATA

Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements.

This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

We do not store any type of sales information. Except for payment, we store the information from our “Directory” section to help develop our digital directory of “Professionals” and “Business.” It also allows us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service.

However, if you choose, you have the option of having your information removed from this system by e-mailing us with your request.

 

INFORMATION CORRECTION OR REMOVAL

If you wish to correct, update or remove any information about you that may be in our records, please send us an e-mail with the details of your request. If you wish to contact us further, please find complete contact information on our contact page.
